GoogleWestgate are first class operators. I rented with them for 2 years with not one incident. Communication was excellent and they were quick to remedy problems (our boiler went on the blink once, replacing a lost key fob etc). I would highly reccomend Stephen and the team.

GoogleA smooth process, supported by Stephen and a very friendly and communicative team. I was surprised at how cost effective their quote was. However, my property was on the market within a week and sold in the first week of viewings. Highly recommended.

GoogleStephen handled the sale of our Glasgow flat earlier this year and the property went under offer in one week of being on the market! Sale concluded a few weeks after as expected. Smooth and seamless service from Westgate, we had no issues whatsoever and would recommend without hesitation.

GoogleWestgate took on the rental of my furnished flat and found me a good tenant within days. As I live abroad, I have to rely on my agent. They have always been entirely efficient as well as friendly and helpful. Warm recommendations for their excellent and personal service.

GoogleWe had a long customer relationship with Jonathan at Westgate over the past 18 months as we originally were due to sell our house and move into a new build, but the new build fell through in favour of an older house that we saw in our ideal area. Jonathan offered very sound advice during the entire process and he was very friendly and not one bit pushy. When it came time to list he was able to get the house on the market within a matter of days. We had over 45 viewings at times that suited us and sold our house well above home report value. Finally in the new home now after completion and couldn't be happier with the choice we made to go with Westgate. 10/10 recommended.

GoogleJonathan at Westgate provided us with an absolutely first class service, exceeding all our expectations. He kept us fully informed of progress every step of the way and has managed the sale of our property with the utmost professionalism. This involved navigating the EWS1 certificate process which Jonathan took full ownership of. Jonathan managed to sell our property within 8 days of our very first engagement with Westgate, we can't recommend Westgate highly enough.

GoogleI was a tenant in a property ran by Westgate for around 2 years and I can honestly say they were fantastic throughout. Any issues I had were delt with swiftly and professionally. The biggest thing was communication, it’s a massive relief when an agent has fast and open communication. Would recommend to anyone in the future.

GoogleStephen McGlone from Westgate is a thorough professional. He has managed my properties whilst I have been living in Australia. Stephen has both rented & sold my properties for me, I was impressed with the tenants he found, & all properties were sold within the first week of being listed, impressive. Easily the best Real Estate service I have had. You can't do better than to put your property in the hands of Stephen from Westgate.
