Samriti · 27 August 2023

Agent replied · 26 August 2024

Disappointed in this review, we had rented a property to Samriti and she had previously left us a 5 star review as she was delighted with our service. However she had left property unwatched for 6 weeks while she went back to India. It was flooded by upstairs neighbour making the property uninhabitable and costing our Landlord thousands. Samriti was in breach of her contract by not keeping an eye on the property and by not having contents insurance. She was at fault.
