FacebookAvoid at any cost. Have been renting flats in Scotland for over 7 years. Never came across such an unprofessional agency. Some members of staff are extremely rude and ignore your emails. Whoever is renting the flat, please make sure that your deposit is locked with one of schemes.

GoogleExcellent experience with Vanilla Square - recommended by a friend and they did a great job in renting out my flat in the West End of Glasgow. Not only did they find a tenant very quickly, but they carried out frequent inspections and resolved any problems quickly and efficiently with very little involvement from my side. Very smooth process and would definitely recommend to others.

After troubles with another estate agent, Vanilla Square offered a competitive rate, good marketing and the staff involved were all friendly and professional. They knew what they were doing and after some hiccups with buyers which you can't control, a sale was finalised! I would consider using them again in future.

GoogleI had been marketing my 1 bed property in Paisley for 5 months with little to no interest. I asked Vanilla Square to see if they could help out with it. Within one week of going to market they had three viewings. The property was taken immediately at the asking rent. Such a brilliant result and team!

GoogleCertain staff member very rude and extremely unprofessional when speaking to my daughter. Obviously selective in who is deserving of a positive response and good customer focus. Quick to want her damage deposit up front and yet very vague as to when she’ll get it back. Disgraceful behaviour from a so called ‘professional’
