I had hiccups in my sale (not down to them) and they were unfazed and moved quickly to improve the situation and advised me well throughout. The team at VanillaSquare were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Fully engaged, deeply knowledgeable and experienced in the local market and diligent at keeping us in the loop with viewings and notes of interest. Photos of our house were fantastic, it never looked so good and the listing was expertly written to cast a wide net of interest and it went to closing with 10+ bidders! Our whole experience with the team at VanillaSquare has been nothing short of outstanding. I wouldn't consider selling a home with any other estate agency in Glasgow or the west of Scotland.

We recently sold our 5 bedroom townhouse in Jordanhill with Vanilla Square. Having used one of the big name estate agents for our last sale in the West End, we initially stuck to what we knew and went for the same. Unfortunately we found their customer service to have deteriorated to such a level that the relationship was unworkable and our house was not selling. We looked to Steven and the Team at Vanilla Square for help, and we got it! Steven was quick to respond to our needs and gave us rapid honest helpful advice on why things hadn’t gone our way and more importantly came up with a strategy to move things forward. Steven and team were incredible from start to finish. We didn’t know when exactly we were going to put our property on the market but Steven was happy to have the pictures and write up all ready so that when the time was right we could move fast. The pictures were excellent as to was the 360view. We had the house on market for approx 1 week before we had accepted an offer.-much quicker than we could have believed! Even with a fixed fee agreed there was no pressure in accepting early bids. The house sold and at a great price and we were over the moon. However, that sale fell through due to covid but Steven came up with a ‘Plan B’ straightaway and kept us up to date with both market conditions and the rules around the market reopening and what it would mean for us. The 360 view mentioned earlier definitely meant the interest could be sparked even when ‘in person’ viewings could not happen. With almost more interest this time around we sold the property. Overall i cannot recommend Steven and his team enough!
