GoogleOur sale just completed; Absolutely first class service from start to finish. Great communications throughout and a great price achieved. I cannot speak highly enough of this very professional Estate Agent. Buying and selling property can be a stressful experience but Elaine and the rest of the team make it look easy and take the strain out of it. GoogleExtremely poor communication with regards to purchasing. My opinion is to go elsewhere and use a more professional estate agency. It took FOUR emails regarding an interest in a property to receive a call back and this was ONLY after threatening them with a formal complaint. I considered going direct to the seller with my concerns as I would be very unhappy if I thought this is the way any potential buyer was treated. Stay clear. As some other review had mentioned earlier...staff and Managements attitudes are undesirable.

GoogleI want to say a big thank you to the slater Hogg team . Fergus, Hannah and the rest of the team were all instrumental in ensuring that the property was swiftly prepared for marketing and put on sale. I was also impressed with the weekly feedback from Hannah keeping me up to date with viewings and we were able to secure a sale fairly quickly. It was a fantastic service by the whole team and would highly recommend them to anyone.

GoogleI was slightly dreading the Estate Agent experience but in the end it was the most stress-free aspect of moving thanks to the whole team at the Slater Hogg, Candleriggs branch in Glasgow. Elaine, Fergus, Hannah and Graeme (mortgages) were all 1st class and I'm certain we achieved a better price for our property because of their skills. There are cheaper options but in a city such as Glasgow, the final selling price will be a reflection of the way in which a property is marketed. SH is well worth the investment. Many thanks!

GoogleThe team at Slater Hogg Candleriggs have excelled all my expectations, providing a first class service from start to finish. The photo/video package and online listing were fantastic and the communication every step of the way has been second to none. The whole process has been seamless and completely stress free. Would highly recommend as I can’t thank you all enough (especially to the lovely Hannah and Fergus), your advice has been invaluable and I am over the moon with my selling price!

GoogleLeaving reviews is not something I do very often or not at all in most cases. However... I feel it's the least I could do to express my absolute delight in the service I have received from the team at candleriggs. In the short time it's took to sell the property, the enthusiasm and professionalism shown by every member of the team has completely blown me away. Ultimately I'm happy with the sale price but that aside, every phone call I received (practically every day!) had such a positive buzz about it. I looked forward to them phoning :) One of my best customer service experiences ever! Well done and thank you very much 👊💥

GoogleA huge thank you to the team at Slater Hogg in Candleriggs. Because of them the potentially painful process of buying an apartment in Glasgow became an exciting adventure with a happy ending! Throughout my search I was kept up to date on properties that suited my needs, sometimes getting a heads-up before they even came onto the market, reassured when things were quiet and guided through the maize of Home Reports, Survey valuations, Factor’s Fees and numerous other pieces of information that threatened to swamp me. The viewings were made as stress free as possible, and for the most part my queries were dealt with fully and quickly by the staff back at the office. All in all a great experience - now I’m just waiting to pick up my keys!

GoogleSlater, Hogg and Howison acted as our Estate Agents for the sale of our flat in Glasgow . We are extremely satisfied with the service we received , from the start of the process with an idea of value , through marketing the property , visits , finding a buyer and finalisation of the sale . We sold the property within 9 days of it going on the market and the whole sale process was handled very efficiently . The staff were extremely prompt at replying to e mails and very friendly and approachable . We had also used the agency to purchase the property 4 years earlier and received the same level of service . All in all , a service that was second to none and above expectations . I would not hesitate in recommending Slater , Hogg and Howison to anybody thinking of buying or selling a property in Glasgow.

GoogleI have just completed the sale of my flat and bought a new property. The process ended up being very difficult, drawn out and extremely stressful. All the staff at Slater Hogg worked tirelessly to support me throughout. Nothing was a bother to them. Their sound advice and prompt responses made an otherwise horrendous process more bearable. A big thank you to all of them.

GoogleWe’ve just sold our property with the Candleriggs team at Slater Hogg and Howison and were delighted with the experience. Fergus and Elaine provided a first class service: their track record of selling similar properties in the city centre was impressive, they offered tips on how to prepare the property for photographs and were in regular contact with us throughout the process. They took away all of our stresses and were a pleasure to work with.
