GoogleMe and my fiance fell in love with a house advertised by Slater Hogg, unfortunately if fell through and we were heartbroken. Fortunately for us Joe called and said he could get us the house and we moved in about a week ago. They are absolutely amazing and we wouldn't be where we are today if it wasn't for Joe. Would give 10 stars if I could.

GoogleDo not ever rent any property from this agency. You will not get it cleaned not will the agency respond you for all the fixes. We were told that we will get a new dishwasher which does not work. But haven't heard anything about it after 2 months of renting it. I wish I could give 0 stars.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality

Next I met Fergus who instilled confidence & trust as the team started marketing our executive flat. The whole team are respectful, helpful, professional & so lovely! GoogleFrom the very start the team were on the front foot calling people from their db that might be interested and the photos and video of the property were fantastic. As a result the property sold faster than any in the street and the team continued to assist me right up to handing the keys over. Great service and great team. Thank you.

GoogleFrom initial contact to the closure of the sale, the staff at the Candleriggs office were very professional, helpful and extremely pleasant to deal with. The stress of selling a property for the first time was mitigated by their approach to the process and they went above and beyond multiple times to bring it to a happy conclusion. Would highly recommend.

GoogleI am a tenant of one of their flats and everything is good, except the maintenance department is the worst. once it took me two months to get my toilet seat replaced. and once I had my washing machine broken for a month without any serious respond from them. just imagine how horrible is it to live without cleaning the stacked clothes.
Good afternoon, I'm sorry that you left us this score - I have taken a look at the account and I can see that you missed an appointment with the contractor and then once the contractor was able to attend they weren't able to fix it and we had to wait for confirmation to replace it for you instead. I can't see that there have been any avoidable delays on our side but I am sincerely sorry that it took a few weeks to get this issue sorted and I hope we can improve your rating of us next time! GoogleIf rent was ever delayed because of a weekend or bank holiday, emails would arrive immediately. But, when it came to returning my deposit, it took weeks to get a response. They also relisted the flat with a 65% rent increase. Disgusting.

GoogleViewing a property the person showing us round, didn’t really do anything apart from open the door. Didn’t have any info on basic things, but was nice enough. Staff at the office were nice but a bit of a lag getting details.
