GoogleAn excellent sales team who I would thoroughly recommend to anyone selling their home in Glasgow City Centre and the surrounding area. Slater Hogg were great when I wanted to change the description and photos of our home to be sold. GoogleConcerns Regarding Unfair Practice and Property Sale I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the unfair practice that this company has recently encountered. I had traveled from London with the intention of viewing the property located at 12 Drygate. Upon my arrival last Friday, I discovered that there was already a lady present in the property. We respectfully viewed the premises before leaving. Immediately following the viewing( before the lady leaving the property), I contacted their office and submitted an offer , arranging to meet on Monday for further discussion. To my dismay, today, when I visited their office, I was informed that the property had been sold on the same day as the viewing, despite my offer being higher than the one accepted. This situation has left me feeling deeply upset and has raised concerns about their impartiality in favoring certain clients over others. In all honesty, since the day of the viewing (Friday), I sensed something unusual when the lady remained in the property until we departed. I believe it is crucial to bring this matter to their attention to ensure transparency and fairness within your organization.

GoogleA had a lovely checkin process for my flat last September, but the move out process has been extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Almost 3 months after my checkout, I am being ignored by staff over my extra rent pay that I am owed. I have been passed on from person to person being told it’s not their problem but someone else’s, and now I haven’t received a response in a month. I wonder where my money is….

GoogleDo not rent through this letting agent. Currently have a boiler that is at least 16 years old and have been left without hot water and heating more times than I can count. On the numerous occasions I’ve had engineers out to repair (which may I add has often taken several complaints to Slater Hogg before they came out) they’ve always recommended a replacement boiler but not had the approval from my landlord. Recently when reporting the issue again after having no hot water or heating for two days I was replied to rudely by the property manager telling me she has been in charge of the property for a year and “never dealt with a complaint”. I have lived in the property over four years now and have basically given up on reporting the hours and days I go without hot water and heating (as a vulnerable occupant) due to their apparent inability to provide a tenant with a basic right.

GoogleFrom start to finish, Kirsten and Emma at Slater Hogg, Candleriggs provided unmatched service and made our experience of moving into our first rented property easier than we could have ever imagined. Additionally, we had previously spoken with numerous other Lettings providers over several months and found they were disinterested in our needs, whereas on first contact with both SH&H agents, they were able to identify and find a property that suited us perfectly.
