GoogleA lift broken down in a block of elderly people, out of hours number doesn't work staff on call handling advise the lift is not their responsibility then they advise someone will come out but they don't, then told its not their responsibility, absolute amateurs. I'd advise anyone having issues with them to report them to the Home Owners panel.NegativeQuality

GoogleAbsolute disgrace of a factor. All they care about is getting their money every month and nothing else. Very quick to ask of money but will take an eternity to return any wrong charges.

GoogleWe have found them to be very expensive, quick to charge and slow to respond to problems. Tried calling them for emergency repair due to excessive water ingress from our communal roof and no reply. No emergency number given. This isn’t the first time. Would highly recommend anyone but them.

GoogleGARBAGE! TRASH! Rubbish! USELESS! It is the most trash and the most useless letting company I have ever seen. All workers they send are useless. Fixed my pipes for many times then I got no warm water to use. Replace my ventilator twice I still cannot cook normally.

GoogleR&L were my building factors for years. Their service was sub-par to say the least. I would not recommend them to anyone.

GoogleShocking levels of incompetence and urgent matters are taken in a very casual manner. However when it comes to payment they are quite prompt. I would not recommend these factors and suggest changing if you do have them.

GoogleHardly even worth 1 star. The most disrespectful money grabbing company ever. The offices are filled with completely incompetent staff and their bills are confusing. They will find ANYTHING to charge you for until you're completely skint. DO NOT buy a property that they are in charge of, you will seriously regret it.
