Very assured and professional service.Friendly helpful staff who were quick to react and kept in touch with me. They were prepared to advise me in a sensible and realistic way in order to achieve the best outcome. Fees and charges were higher than some potential competitors but Robb Residential achieved a quick sale for me at a good price and so I am happy.

The team at Robb worked hard to sell our house within two weeks. Particular credit must go to our dedicated negotiator, Linda McConville, who whilst clearly very empathetic is also very focused on her clients needs.

Throughout my tenancy, Robb Residential promptly addressed any maintenance issues in a professional and efficient manner. We rented from Robb and following the tenancy it appeared that they had falsified image data, as well as lying about property issues to try and take our deposit from us. I understand that the pandemic is difficult for everybody and they may have been struggling financially, but to lie to try and take our deposit? Disgusting. Only backed down once threatened with legal action after I sent across the proof about the image data. Do not use.NegativeProfessionalism

Do NOT go with this company! They are quick enough to take large deposits for property but are not willing to pay it back out and will pick at anything to keep money. ROBB is definitely the right word to use for this company. Never been with such a disgusting letting agent.
