GoogleLift not working from Wednesday evening. Today is Saturday...I'm on the 7th floor. No mercy at all. In reality ZERO stars.

As someone who is not from Scotland, I was struggling with the process of securing a property, but Yan Yan guided me through every step with professionalism, kindness, and unwavering support. Her knowledge and dedication made everything so much easier, and I am beyond grateful for her help. An absolute star for this building 👍🏻

GoogleI’ve been a resident here for a month now and absolutely love it. The building is fantastic, the staff team are incredible (shout out to Amanda and Kate!), I couldn’t ask for more for city living as well as perfect location between city centre and finnieston.

GoogleMy experience with the platform so far, after almost a year, has been quite bad. My first electricity bill was almost 600 pounds, then they told me the second one would be lower, but it came to almost 400 pounds in the summer. Now, of all the extra money I paid on the first bill, they told me they would discount it from the last one, but that hasn’t happened. In total, after almost a year here, the electricity bill is now almost 1500 pounds, when the average is 769.80 pounds per year in Glasgow. No one is offering solutions; it’s been almost a year with this problem, and I’m not the only neighbor facing this. I don’t recommend moving here to live.

My experience with her has been extraordinary, Amanda's professionalism, knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm were immediately apparent from my first interaction with her. She meticulously guided everyone through almost five different apartments, providing detailed insights and answering every query with patience and expertise. She listen and understand my needs, suggesting options that closely matched my preferences and lifestyle aspirations. Her thorough explanations and attention to detail made each visit informative and enriching, allowing me to weigh my options with clarity and insight. She gave me the warmest welcome and accommodated every one of my requests, questions, concerns, ultimately landing me a flat that I am extremely excited to move into soon! GoogleStayed in Platform for 5 months Lovely properties/ammenties, nice location, energy efficient/cheap to run, and the staff/residents are a good bunch. A point to note, and the reason I chose Platform_ in the first place, is rental is very flexible with a 28 day notice period, great if you are doing contract work. Kate helped me throughout the process, arranged a number of viewings for different flats, assisted with selection, and worked hard to get me living there within a fortnight. Overall, a great experience.

GoogleI'm visibly trans, moving to a city (and country) where I know nobody and did the viewing virtually, so there was a lot that could have gone wrong, but moving here with my trusty pooch Rufus the wire haired sausage dog was the best decision i've made. I'm in a studio apartment, which is a great size for me and has good storage, and it's also soundproofed so I don't hear anyone upstairs banging about (and I know they have a doggo too as we met on our walk!). The location is 15 mins walk from everything really and walking along the Clyde won't get old anytime soon. Most of the team are FANTASTIC. Huge shout outs to Amanda, Kate and the GM, Duncan, who consistently go above + beyond for guests and really do care and take time to get to know the guests. I'm really excited to get to explore this city and Platform is my safe space to do that. Most of the other residents are lovely, and excited to get to know people more through socials etc, but have already met some awesome people just from pottering around and coworking.

GoogleMy agent was Vasili. He is really approachable, patient and helpful starting from room viewing, flat issues enquiry and room moving. He showed high-quality customer services by providing a full review of different types of flats with proper advice based on personal preference, responding quickly for any property questions (i.e. council tax, various bills) and offering help to build furnitures. The property - PLATFORM is all good now as just moving in - the open places including the 19th floor balcony bar, study room, game room are all amazing. And this is also gym and pet-friendly property, which is a really good choice to live. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
