After almost a year here now, my views in the place has largely stayed the same. The ringing noice has been fixed and not an issue anymore. The issues for me with the bills has been sorted ish. They started to finally come monthly via Swtich2 and not longer getting a monster bill every three months. The parcel room is a mess tho and delivery company’s don’t know how to use/ can’t be bothered to use the system properly.
All these small things made it lose one star. But would recommend it tho, good place to live, either long or short term.

Listened to what we wanted, even the stuff we didn't know we wanted, and found us the perfect place. Super knowledgeable about Platform_ and Glasgow, answered all our questions with a smile, even the weird ones. Went above and beyond, recommending cafes, parks, and even public transport hacks. GoogleMy partner and I moved from the US about a week ago and we LOVE THIS BUILDING.
Of course it’s new, so all the amenities, and appliances are amazing. The staff is so kind and helpful, shout out to Vasili who helped us pick a unit while we were overseas.
The location is also great. There’s a bus stop across the street and a rail station just a 7ish minute walk away.

GoogleOver a month now that we are renting here. A really annoying sound on Block C that we are now assuming is coming from the water pipe (initially we were told it’s the bike alarm). No update no chasing up no nothing. Yet we are paying a considerably higher rent than the average in Glasgow, and we are waking up every time someone runs the hot water in the building, may that be 6am, or 1am or anything between! At least a reduced rent or something until this is fixed due to that mayor inconvenience, would have been something since that is going on for over a month now, and as more people are moving in, more frequently this is heard.
Other than that, no much storage space in the flats, really cheap materials on the outside (you can really hear the sound of the rain tapping on the plastic window sill like it is hailing !! - bad exterior sound proofing) and generally flats that were rushed to be put up for renting !

GoogleI moved out of PLATFORM_ three months ago. Recently, a few of my parcels were mistakenly sent to my old address. I received an email yesterday from the concierge team asking me to collect them.
I made the trip the very next day, only to be told by a concierge named Amanda that the parcels had been binned simply because I no longer live there. I was shocked, especially since I came promptly after being notified. I politely asked to check the parcel room myself, but she refused and was quite dismissive.
Thankfully, another concierge was much more understanding and helpful. She brought me to the parcel room and store room, and we managed to find one of the four parcels I had been expecting.
It's really upsetting to know that some of my parcels were just thrown away without giving me a reasonable chance to retrieve them. I understand policies may apply, but basic courtesy and a bit of flexibility, especially when contact was initiated from their side, go a long way. Very disappointing experience.
