GoogleAs a first time buyer, Pacitti Jones have been amazing in guiding me through the process! Thank you to everyone on their team, specifically Alison Gourley and Dougal Robson, who were especially attentive and supportive whenever I needed them!

GooglePacitti Jones are the go-to property agents for my family - my parents have been using them since the 90s. Their mortgage, new business and conveyancing teams are all at the top of their game. (special mentions to Dougal Robson, Lorraine Law and Allison Gourlay) I've recently had the pleasure of experiencing the letting side of the business when I helped my parents move from their previous letting agent of approx. 20 years and I have to say it is night and day. Jennifer's diligent and efficient working style has brought peace and reassurance into my life.

GoogleAlison, Grant and the team were extremely helpful throughout the process, especially at times when the transaction wasn’t going as smooth as hoped in the final days. I would recommend them to anyone.

GoogleHannah was amazing! She was efficient and great at communicating even with our tight schedule she managed to make it all work.

GoogleWe have used Pacitti Jones over the years for both house purchase and sale. They have always got the job done with the minimum of fuss and good, clear, communications. On the latest occasion (2024) the sale was very well managed by David and Victoria for the estate agency and Grant for the legal side. It was not a straightforward transaction and the team did an excellent job on our behalf.

GoogleAlison and Grant were fantastic. Friendly, attentive and very competent. They were a pleasure to deal with, and we felt the conveyancing process was in safe hands throughout. Highly recommend. Thank you Alison and Grant!

GoogleRecently purchased a home and used Pacitti Jones as our solicitor as the reviews were good. An already-stressful process was made even more stressful because of this company. The solicitors were completely unresponsive and unhelpful. We had to ask several times for each item, and we could hardly ever reach them by phone. Nothing was explained at all, and they couldn't offer a basic understanding of how the system worked (we are first time buyers and new to Scotland). Nearly lost the flat the day before closing due to their unresponsiveness to the sellers, and had to continue chasing them for months afterwards as the deed hadn't been transferred over into our names after the closing date.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Value

GoogleI have moved several times in the past few years and whether buying or selling I have always used Lorraine Law at the Lenzie branch of Pacitti Jones. Lorraine is an excellent person to deal with, extremely knowledgeable, great at giving advice, and always keeps you informed of any developments. I would strongly recommend her (and Pacitti Jones) for any legal transactions with regards to buying/selling your property.

GoogleI have had the good fortune of having Jennifer (Pacitti Jones, Glasgow) manage my properties for the past few years. As a passionate (but remote) landlord, having a safe, reliable & proactive property manager is crucial. To have one that possesses integrity & credibility & one that balances tenant fairness with an owners objectives is extremely rare. Jennifer & her team exude these qualities & I have absolutely no problems endorsing their services

GoogleI recently sold my west end flat with Pacitti Jones who handed the sale and conveyancing. Holly, David, and Christine (Linlithgow) were all professional, understanding and had my best interests at heart. They have a personal feel about them which I appreciated and know the west end market well. After much upfront effort trying to find an honest, trustworthy agent, I am glad I choose them. A big thank you to the team. I would recommend!
