GoogleAs a Landlord I have been pleased with Pacitti Jones' service, they communicate well and made an extra effort with some unexpected challenges that came up. Particular thanks to Jennifer, Eilidh and team who were great in preparing the property for tenancy and tenant sourcing.

GooglePacitti Jones in the West End is stellar when you need to get legal services, buy, sell or let a home, or get help with government agencies who ignore your requests for help for weeks at a time. The staff are knowledgeable and always willing to help. They are especially helpful for those who do not live in Glasgow and need help. I hope you will be lucky enough to work with Rosslyn Lithgow or Lorraine Law. Both ladies are sympathetic, knowledgeable, respond in a very timely manner, and are able to clear roadblocks with other agencies who will not respond at all. They are light years ahead of other solicitors I have used in the past. Comparative pricing and professional help puts them at the top of my list and I will not hesitate to refer anyone to them who maybe only getting mediocre help at other places. They are the BEST!!!

GoogleI've now used Dougal several times to buy and sell houses, each in different circumstances, and Dougal has been amazing at explaining everything clearly, answering all of the questions I have, and making the whole experience as stress-free as possible. He's always friendly and professional and makes time for a meeting or a call soon after I get in touch - I couldn't recommend him enough.

GoogleFor the sale of our flat and purchase of our new home we were lucky enough to be appointed Grant Cairnduff as our solicitor. At every step through the process he was on hand to make sure we fully understood what was happening and that we were happy with how it was all proceeding. His attention to detail with a slightly more complicated purchase was invaluable and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reassuring solicitor.

GoogleAmateur hour estate agent, rescheduled a viewing for a house in Cambuslang a couple of days ago, told by the agent on phone the viewing was at 12:15. Agent phones back on the day saying it was booked for 11:30, tried to see if this was confirmed via email but nothing was sent out, was definitely told viewing was at 12:15. Viewing cancelled, so is my business. Definitely need to up their game when selling properties from 250-500k, definitely not impressed. Would highly advise looking elsewhere when buying and selling, because that was a riot and a total waste of my time.

GoogleWe were very pleased with the service we got from Pacitti Jones when selling our flat and also purchasing another. Mr Grant Cairnduff, solicitor guided us through the whole process and kept us up to date. He was professional and answered all our questions promptly and clearly. The rest of the team that helped us through the process could also not be faulted. We have used Pacitti Jones for decades and our sons have followed suit. We are also using their letting agency and are particularly impressed by the efficiency of Jennifer McMillan.

GoogleI have had the pleasure of having Dougal support me through my mortgage decisions and renewals since I was a first time buyer. He takes his time to explain processes clearly, ensuring I understand the decisions I am making, taking my situation into account. He is incredibly supportive and I know I can ask him anything, even when it doesn’t directly link to his work, and he will find the answer for me. I always leave our meetings feeling comfortable and confident in the decisions I’ve made with his support.

GoogleI have recently purchased my first property and was recommended to use Dougal at Pacitti Jones as a mortgage advisor from a colleague at work. From my own experience I could not recommend him highly enough. I was taken through each step carefully and all options were explained in a way that was super easy to understand. He was very transparent with his role in the process and made me feel at ease with the minefield that is mortgage hunting!

GoogleWe used Pacitti Jones for the sale of our flat and purchase of our new home. I can’t recommend them enough, particularly our solicitor Grant Cairnduff. Grant provided us with regular updates throughout the process and was quick to respond to any queries and issues that arose, which made the conveyancing process very smooth for us. We also used Dougal for our mortgage and Sharon assisted during our offer process. They were both excellent. I’m sure we will use Pacitti Jones in the future.
