Alison, Grant and Sharon were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process of our recent home purchase. As first time buyers, we didn't know quite what to expect and we felt very supported throughout. From the first conversation with Sharon to the day of completion, the team were excellent communicators, providing sound explanations and helpful advice along the way. Alison and Grant were incredibly efficient, even dealing with last-minute challenges one week before completion, and kept us in the loop throughout. Their proactiveness meant that we closed on the expected date, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. We'd highly recommend Pacitti Jones for their brilliant service - whether a first time buyer or not. Their dedication, patience, efficiency and genuine helpfulness really made the difference for us.

I engaged with Pacitti Jones to handle the sale of my flat in Glasgow West End. Both the Estate Agency and Solicitor teams were very professional and responsive and I would highly recommend them to anyone selling their property. Special thanks you to Grant Cairnduff for handling the legal proceedings, and to David Mooney & Holly Woods for the estate agency side of things.

I contacted Pacitti Jones having been given a very short lead-time to submit an offer for a property. Sharon was extremely helpful and although Pacitti Jones were unable to assist at short notice, Sharon contacted numerous companies over the next 36 hours ultimately sourcing someone who could assist. Fantastic and professional service from Sharon and Pacitti Jones who I would recommend and will utilise in the future.

I want to personally thank Kevin Taylor at Pacitti Jones for assisting us. We had a terrible experience with a seller pulling out and mucking us about and we felt hopeless until Kevin stepped in. He was professional, responsive and helped us with our claim. We have always used Pacitti Jones legal when buying/selling houses and would wholeheartedly recommend them. Kevin just deserved a special mention for his role in our case!

Just completed a very positive and efficient sale with Pacitti Jones Estate Agency and Conveyancing. With valuable knowledge of the West End property market, PJ advice on the sale was spot on. Supported viewings and a great communication hub for updates meant the whole process was manageable and didnt have to take over my life for weeks! From first valuation to conclusion, I am more than happy with their service. I have already recommended PJ to 2 neighbours who are also considering sales, and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thank you to David and Holly at the estate agency and many thanks to Chantal in legal who was 100% efficient and organised! 5 star service all round. 👍

We used Pacitti Jones once again to sell and buy our homes. We got great service from everyone in all the different areas of Pacitti Jones, from Megan and all the team at Burnside who were selling for us, Lorraine Law at Lenzie who’s fast response got us our new home and from the Legal Team from the West End,Alison Gourley and Team. Alison and her team which included Piia were very professional and friendly, providing a high level of service. They dealt with everything required in the legal side, nothing was a bother, we were kept up to date with how things were progressing, making a smooth process. Alison was a lovely to communicate with making you feel at ease, at such an extremely stressful time. We cannot thank you all enough, the whole team work so well together. I would definitely use Pacitti Jones for the whole package of buying and selling, you’ll get an excellent service from start to finish, you won’t regret your choice. A first class service.

We used Pacitti Jones to buy and sell our home. All of the branches were very professional and helpful, they all provided a first class service, from Lorraine Law at Lenzie branch, who’s quick response got us our new home, we couldn’t have done it without her, this is the second time Lorraine’s experience got us our home. Megan and her team, including Alison and Lynne at Burnside branch helped us sell our home, what a excellent service, keeping us updated at all times, nothing was a bother and again all the team has great experience and we got a great outcome, need to mention Paul as he knows his stuff in regards to house sales in the surrounding areas, he has great knowledge. Their photographer provided great photos and 3D version of our home they use only the best and it shows. The legal side of stuff was handled by Alison Gourley and her team, including Piia, at the West End branch, again all of them giving a very professional service, we were kept to date at all times, the team were so friendly and you could email or call at anytime and always got a response, never having to chase anyone up. Alison was a lovely person to communicate with and made me feel at ease at all times, in what can be a very stressful time. She was so friendly but in the same context, a very professional and experienced member of staff. Pacitti Jones has provided a excellent all round service once again, having previously use them, if you are thinking of who to help you in all areas, whether it be buying or selling or helping you with any of their other services they provide, then don’t hesitate as you will not be disappointed, we couldn’t have done it without them and everything is so streamlined you won’t regret your choice. Thanks everyone 😊

Alison, Sharon, Fiona, Grant and the team at PJ have been absolutely amazing! Taking us on at very short (no!) notice they helped us negotiate buying a property and made us feel incredibly safe and well looked after throughout the whole process. Always a friendly, warm and welcoming atmosphere whether in the PJ Byres Rd office, in emails or on the phone. We highly recommend them.

PJ came out to view my house promptly, organised photos and a home report and the property was on the market within a week of me contacting them. I was kept up to date with viewings, notes of interest and offers through their online client portal and David Mooney and Victoria Kennedy in particular were easily contactable to discuss offers etc as they came in. I felt the property was marketed well and I was happy with the price obtained. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pacitti Jones to anyone and would go straight to then again if I needed to sell. Thank you!

I was very delighted with the service from Holly and the team during the (very quick) sale of my flat. It was the first time that I had sold a property and who knew that it was so straight-forward! I really appreciated the great communication / updates and the prompt responses to any queries. Thanks again.

Great service from an excellent company, from the initial contact over the phone to the face to face dealings with Robyn who couldn't have made things any easier for myself and in particular my elderly mother, Robyn was also fantastic at explaining the process involved and I would definitely have no hesitation in returning or recommending Robyn in the future.

Excellent service provided by Pacitti Jones West End Branch. Gosia and Tracey from the helped me out tremendously during the purchase. Each and every thing was smooth and Gosia provided me extensive knowledge about the property I was purchasing. Things I didn’t even know and she warned and explained about those. Also not to forget about Lorraine Law - Without her RAPIDDD FASTT offer I wouldn’t have secured the property as Market is too bouyent and impossible to secure a right property which is admired by a lot of property hunters. People are willing to pay 20%-30% above home reports easy. Lorraine helped me a lot regarding the offer and securing the deal. THANKS TO THE WHOLE TEAM!!!!

We have used Dougal Robson as our mortgage advisor since my husband and I purchased our first flat back in 2017. He is professional and reliable and always quick to respond. He has a clear view of the mortgage market and guided us on the best products for us at the time. We will continue to use his services as he has gained our trust and we can rely on him to help us navigate what can be a very complicated market
