Alison's team had been incredibly communicative in what was a really stressful situation for us as a buyer. Terrible service from start to finish. No due diligence done and had not qualified buyer or kept in touch with lawyer. No sale and was stung £1200 avoid plenty of other companies who don't add extra charges and will sell your house in a professional manner. Was told title deeds wouldn't be given back until Bill was paid even though it had been .
