The surveyor came out to the property on a Friday. He was a most pleasant, thorough and helpful person who conducted the survey for the Home Report with professionalism.The draft Home Report was subsequently emailed to me on the following Monday (despite it being a bank holiday). Great service.

Having not sold a house for several decades, I was a little apprehensive of what was required.I was immediately put at ease by the surveyor.She behaved in a professional manner, and, following a quick walk around the property to show each room, I left her to complete the survey. This took around an hour, and the finished report was received, in draft form for comment the next day. I returned my comments and it was updated and finalised the same day.I am very satisfied and most impressed with the whole process.

Leanne was really nice and fair in her appraisal of our house. Leanne was thorough and obviously good at her job. Final report was completed quickly and published quickly after we signed it off as being accurate. Would definitely recommend and use DM Hall in the future.

There has been poor communication after the surveyor was here. That was 5 working days ago and despite asking I still don’t have my home report meaning my property can’t go live

It would have helped if I had been in attendance with him during his survey. eg The report states no crawl boards yet they were looped on to the upright wall.There was a hatch, easily accessed, to go sub floor.Otherwise very polite, courteous and efficient.

I can't believe that I have to report an incident in such a short time again. I am an business owner and renting the premises through DM Hall. Because of my previous complaint I've been assured that all the issues with the building will be fixed as soon as possible. Nothing happened and the condition of the building is getting worse. Yesterday morning we had a brutal flooding through the roof. I've contacted the person that should deal with our building. No response yesterday and today. Not sure what will happen with the building if it rains again. As a paying customer, I have to admit that your services are shockingly poor.
