Nice and easy process, it took around 45mins to an hour were it was explained in perfect detail what was going on.We spoke to the girls in the “Oban” office frequently who were also lovely to chat with, very pleasant but also very knowledgable on all matters regarding matters. All correspondence was very prompt and we would recommend to anyone!

The surveyor arrived early but confirmed access prior to arrival. He was polite and professional and completed measurements and data gathering efficiently. Due to the unusual shape of the property the surveyor was careful to check with us any assumptions on the layout and construction of the building.

My experience of getting a home report carried out was a good one. The surveyor Tom Laurie carefully explained everything to me as he went along. He also explained the criteria he used to come to certain conclusions regarding the property. I would certainly recommend D M Hall

Booking the surveyor was simple. The surveyor arrived at time agreed. On arrival explained process and how long this would entail. He carried out the survey and advised he would email draft home report for our approval. The draft report was sent as agreed and on approval was finalised and submitted to us.

The gentleman showed up right on time, well presented, well mannered, carried out a thourugh survey and it was sent for approval prior to being submitted. It took 7 days for the entire process to be completed. Can't fault them in any way, very stress free during a very stressful time.

What was quite a stressful time for me selling my home of 30 years was made better by the the way the survey was conducted. I used DM Hall 30 years ago to do my survey when I buy my flat so hopefully being for 30 years more
