Googleterrible company if you are letting from them. they simply don't care and are only interested in helping landlords and buyers it seems. no communication, they cancel appointments without warning and put their phones onto answering machines, and never return your calls. would love to not be renting from them but unfortunately my flat transferred over to them. avoid if you have the choice.

GoogleSheena at Cairn provided a great service regarding the sale of my Glasgow tenement flat, which was all done remotely as I was living in France at the time. Good communication, advice and support throughout, and managed to achieve a satisfactory sale price too. Very pleased with the service offered by Cairn, I would recommend to friends.

GoogleVery unprofessional letting agency. I had to send multiple emails and calls in order to proceed with renting a flat. Just a very slow procedure on their part. They delivered the flat in a terrible condition, dirty, dusty, unhygienic (mold and dirt on couches). Their cleaning crew had to go through it again in order to be presentable.

I rented a property in Shawlands from Cairn for 4 years, any time I dealt with the agency I found them very helpful. We had an issue with a neighbour and Fiona helped us with this. We had great communication and the move out was a smooth and we felt a fair process. Suzi

GoogleThey listed out a lot of things that we have to pay when we moved out. But after arguing with them, it happened to be their mistake. Be careful when you are dealing with them. They might add extra charge to you when you move out. Take pictures when you move out as proofs!

GoogleThe worst agency ever. In big short: 2 times they changed moving date, first day broken lock in door and flooding the neighbor. 3 weeks without washing machine, broken fan in bathroom, new oven has not been set up properly, broken radiators, ignoring emails. Never again.

GoogleLack of support and repairs resulted in 16 months of waiting to have a working cooker. Currently showering at the gym due to ignored repairs in the bathroom causing a leak and roof damage. Very quick to reply when your rent goes up however.

GoogleCairn new we wanted to rent long term, but 2 days after we signed the tenancy agreement they told us the landlord was going to sell. They knew this before we signed and didn't tell us. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!

GoogleCame in without warning when they wanted, even took pictures of our rooms without our permission when several of us were away. Didn't deal with a broken window for two months in the winter. Would certainly not recommend.
