Couldn’t recommend AK enough. We were first time buyers and had issues with getting a mortgage. We went to AK and he genuinely had our best interests and heart and done everything possible to get us a mortgage offer. If it hadn’t of been for AK we would not have gotten our mortgage offer, as we had been told by another mortgage advisor that they couldn’t help us. We spent two hours with AK and we had a mortgage offer within a week. Wish we had of been referred to AK from the beginning as it would of saved us a lot of stress and hassle. The service he provides throughout the process is exceptional, he’s always available to answer any questions and you never have to chase for updates as he provides them as soon as they happen. Biggest thanks to AK for all the help.

So poor experience with them!

So poor experience with them. Before peyment was taken, the Sequence Brooker was ringing every day. After payment made, totally change atitute. Lack of communication, no reply, ignoring, waiting forever. Because not receiving support from broker I made bad mistake pull out from property I was hoping to buy. Always been worrying when problem because this broker is not with you when really need.They change big amount of money for lifetime service. But no service after payment.

Recently used AK to purchase my new home after a separation. He was so helpful and patient during my initial consultation and gave me lots of advice and help on my position and even helped when it came to viewing properties offering advice and helping me arrange appointments. After my offer was accepted he talked me through everything in detail and made sure I understood everything and had all the documents I needed to help speed up the process and not cause any delays. That’s is me again. After a very stressful negotiation with this company we decided to continue in the purchase of the apartment and couldn’t be worst. After a lack of information in the home report that builds with more than 4 floors bead to have lift by new regulations and just a few lenders accept to mortgage apartments in 5 floors without lift we got one. Lender tried 3 times to organise the service but Alen and Harris have not organised the appointment so they came to us telling the seller will put apartment back to market. Terrible service,terrible organisation, terrible customer service. Maybe now they will sell to their friend.

We bought our first home this year with support from AK. AK was extremely professional, efficient and thorough. He helped us secure a larger AIP amount as we were inputting some financial information wrong. When we found the property we wanted to buy, AK went above and beyond to not only secure us a good rate, but also followed up meticulously with the sellers estate agents, sorting a few issues with the paperwork required really promptly, which allowed us to go from offer accepted to move date in less than 2 months. AK also sorted all out insurances out for a great price and fantastic levels of cover. He was always at the end of the phone for my endless list of first time buyer questions and I could not have been happier with the service. If you are questioning whether to use a broker, definitely do as it has made our buying process a breeze. Could not recommend enough and well worth the fee. 10/10.
