They always kept me up to date with what was happening with viewings and potential tenants. Even though I decided to let my property at probably the worst time of year (Christmas) they were very reassuring and were able to find me very suitable tenants. Thank you so much.

GoogleI can’t fault any of the team at Mann. Jay started the process of selling our house, Ammet took care of our finances, Sarah took care of the open day and Richard chased up everything and made sure the sale sailed through without any worries. They made our sake simple and straight forward and if need be I would use them again in a heartbeat

GoogleMy daughter just went to view the house with them in Rainham. Wasted 30 minutes journey because the agent had the wrong keys… they clearly aren't interested in selling or providing the quality service they like to advertise . Shocking !

GoogleI cannot recommended MANN Gillingham enough! It's rare these days that you find an estate agent who provides the level of service that Richard and Amanda have. These guys were a joy to deal with for our purchase from start to finish nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
