Good comms up until we signed for the agent to sell the house. After that things went downhill. Right now I’m trying to talk to the agent about a low ball offer we received. Still waiting (3 hours) for them to call back.

My boyfriend and I just started our search for a house, and we were fortunate to meet Harry Rai. Harry has shown us a couple of apartments in Uxbridge an area we were not familiar with. During the viewing, he was very insightful and shown a great amount of knowledge about the flats and the area. We wish all our viewings were with someone like Harry.

I am appalled by the unprofessional, terrible and rude service which was provided by this company over the years. They do not know how to respect tenants in any way. Their customers are nothing for them and they have very little professionalism and respect for these within their office. Avoid at all costs if you want to keep your sanity!

Too expensive. No involvement of the landlord They told me no one can rent my flat except them Once I ended the contract with them The rent is higher after I left them I would not recommend using them again as a landlord.

Awful service, do not use the Ruislip Branch!!! Staff are rude, arrogant and feel they can underprice your property by a ridiculous amount. What makes me laugh is that they are advertising properties WAY beyond their actual price. I guess they just want quick commission. I would NOT recommened - their agents are also useless, unknowledgable and have no idea about the properties visited to view.
