Seller pulled house out after messing us around for 7 months I would advise everyone to ask gordon brown what there sellers, chain looks like we were not told until completion date there were county court judges that, needed to sign docs for our sellers to move so the third party held everything up had we had known, about this before entering the sale we wouldn't have tried to buy that house and waste our money. Not completely gordon browns fault however we should have been told this info before completion date - definitely ask this before going ahead with any sales we would never use them again as we feel we wasted 7 months of our time when we could now be living in a house we own due, to this mortage percentages went up to so we lost a good mortgage to top it all off.
