GoogleSorry for the late review would just like to thank all of the staff at martin and co for there wonderful support when selling my house. We had a lot of problems but we got there in the end. We carnt thank there wonderful staff there at martin and co enough for the selling of the house and finding us somewere to move to. They have a great team and good support that u can realy on when needed. Keep up the good work guys xxx

GoogleVery shocking customer service, they don’t care about people who rent property and just do make do repairs as they don’t care how it effects the tents as all they see is the money they are getting and it’s not them that have to life there. They don’t make their landlords stick to the law. They don’t even know fire safety laws and the fact that you have to date carbon monoxide detectors so don’t even care about their tenants health and safety just when you pay your rent. Very rude staff who act like they are better than anyone else.

FacebookReported a leak on my toilet at 7pm last night, nothing major and contained. By 10pm had been contacted to be advised will arrange appointment to get it fixed. Within minutes, had a text from plumber to come 10am in the morning. Absolutely amazing service, especially as was out of hours and not urgent. I very much doubt I would of been able to get someone that quick myself.

GoogleWorst experience ever. I'm really suprised this company is still trading. They are half the dailys of the world. They have the worst customer service ever. Rude staff. Wouldn't let me have a house because of my ethnicity and housing benefit. I'd be treated a lot better in Syria then I am through this company so think I'll be going back! Would not use this company again as it was such a traumatic experience and stressful experience for me.

FacebookDisgusted with the fact that you gave our details to 'The Tennant Shop'. Received a call from them and a text from you today after you passed our details on to them. We have not been tennants of yours for 3 years. Very angry.Your company is dreadful as a letting agent!! Reported repairs were never dealt with by you, we had to contact the landlord ourselves when something needed doing.You couldn't organise a party in a brewery.Avoid this lettings agent!

GoogleEmailed repeatedly regarding properties to never receive a reply, had viewings arranged to find out via right move that the property had gone (luckily before I drove the 3 hours to view) and had to phone them to confirm it had gone (this has happened more than once) just phoned to enquirer about 4 or 3 bedroom properties which will accept housing benefit to be told straight away have nothing, YET HAVE PLENTY ADVERTISED ON RIGHTMOVE WHICH WILL ACCEPT HOUSING BENEFIT which I emailed about but that would require reading and replying to messages. If I was a landlord I wouldn't be using them.

Facebookmartin and co . great repair service 'NOT. report faults ; like damp walls; fire not working ;toilet making a right noise; keep reporting for over 5 weeks. finally come ;and just sent a electrician ; who to be fair was nice; but only stopped 5 mins; to say was nothing he could do with fire; and all other jobs was nothing in is field' was told they were so busy everywhere' we waited all this time; and still; none of the jobs reported fixed; it looks like martin and co' can not keep up with anybody's repair; i guess ; the contractors they hire ;are to few .to keep up with all the work load; TIME TO CHANGE CONTRACTORS' OR HAVE MORE ON BOOKS ;FOR THE DEMAND ON REPAIRS ;for a so called professional company; there service is way below standard;

GoogleI was at the branch in gainsborough. I wanted to ask the lady about renting a house. She didn't even care what kind of house I was looking for, she didn't even look up from her desk. Customer service at an embarrassing level. I will not return to you again and advise all my friends.

GoogleMy son tryed to get a room rental they took 75 pounds reservation fee and led us to believe this was returnable if for any reason the let failed, it did has his work contract is with an agency and therefore temporary, they then refused to return the deposit. I am looking to take them through the small claims court. Avoid people that bare face lie! is my advice.

FacebookI will be honest when they said they could sell my property STC within a week. I did think they were maybe pushing for business. But true to there words once i told them i was free of another estates agents ties. They put it up for sale and it was sold STC within 48 hours and sale completed within 6 weeks. Excellent service would use them again with out a doubt.

FacebookAwful agent to deal with, no customer service whatsoever, only out to rip off landlords and tenants. Leaves tenants waiting repairs for weeks, not interested in being helpful or keeping in touch, the worst agent ive ever come across. Avoid!

GoogleAs the person I wanted to speak to about a shared equity property was elusive, I contacted his personal e mail several times asking some extra questions but got NO response...just as well I made no plans to travel the 250 miles to view since the property in question has now disappeared, presumably sold.
