GoogleDo not use! Terrible customer service skills. Lots of 1 star reviews on here! As a buyer, they will drop and blank you without any reason! Keely esp. but speaks volumes on the whole outfit. Many many emails and phone calls get ignored, and just a huge waste of time!

GoogleI called this grubby little office every day for a week, (Monday the 1st of August through to Friday the 5th of August), to try to arrange a viewing of a house to be told every time that the vendor would only provide them with a land line telephone number that had no answering service and there was never any reply to their calls, also that they would not give them either their mobile number or email address, and, that they were ‘inflexible’ with the price of the house and that was the reason it had been on the market since the 5th of March 2022. I suggested to them that perhaps one of them should call the vendor in the evening or even write them a letter, this was met with silence. On the afternoon of Friday the 5th of August the agents changed the details on Rightmove to ‘sold subject to contract’, I am therefore of the belief that the agents are acting, at best, in an under handed way and have lied to me and by omission to the vendor, I spoke to the vendor and was told that there had NEVER been a difficulty with the estate agents getting in touch with her! We did not think the cottage was overpriced and would certainly have offered the full asking price after a viewing, as we have carried out as much research on line about it and the hamlet of Pilham as possible. We have sold our house, we are cash buyers and did not even need to wait to have a survey of the property carried out. If everything I suspect is true this appalling little company should be avoided at all cost if you are considering selling your house.

GoogleHorrible customer service, rude people . I applied to one of their homes I had the worst experience. they send you a form to fill out then they say all you need to do is wait to the landlord get back to them then you ask for an update they say unfortunately the house has already been rented??? but the next day they post the same house again on zoopla so i called them from another number and i asked about the house if it was available and they said yes they would send me the form to fill ???????? I don't know how it still keeps it open I give a star because there is no option for zero

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The worst customer service you will ever experience. Staff seem to go out of their way to be rude, unhelpful, even argumentative and shouting at times. Overcharge landlords for work, take longer than necessary to undertake repairs, incapable of checking pre tenancy photos when doing a move out and just out to Rob both landlords and tenants at every opportunity. Absolutely awful.

Overall the worst estate agency we have encountered. Communication is abysmal. Staff are unprofessional. We were not kept informed on progress and blatantly ignored. Only positive we can say is viewings were easy to arrange. Avoid at all costs !!

GoogleI was at the branch in gainsborough. I wanted to ask the lady about renting a house. She didn't even care what kind of house I was looking for, she didn't even look up from her desk. Customer service at an embarrassing level. I will not return to you again and advise all my friends.

GoogleThis estate agent can never be bothered to email you back or call you I think the letting side of it is terrible if your a landlord I would recommend using another agent I think a new lettings manager needs appointing! this certainly is not the old Martin and Co I remembered ! Very disappointed

FacebookAbsolutely terrible after sales customer service, had to keep chasing the estate agent & was told off by them for doing so (we are paying them for a service after all) Didn’t hear from them for a month prior to exchanging contracts, not even a phone call to arrange handover of the keys to our buyers, easiest £1600 they made for a service we didn’t get
