GoogleThis estate agency is by far the best I've ever encountered, friendly, professional and personable. Every single member of staff I have spoken with has been lovely and a pleasure to deal with. I had a problem with a breakdown on my car the day I was due to collect the keys and wasn't going to make the office hours, Annabel was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help me out with that situation and remove a very big stress on me. This company has been nothing short of impeccable the whole time I've been dealing with them, don't hesitate in using these as a buyer, seller or tenant.

Great check in/check out processes, with a really clear inventory. Any problems I had while in the flat were always resolved quickly and easily. GoogleJust completed the sale of an apartment in Kendal which has been held up for over a year by the difficulties created by building cladding issues. All the staff at THW have been supportive throughout the drawn out process keeping in touch with everyone to keep the deal on track. Clare was particularly helpful sorting out minor repairs that arose as the sale was delayed. Thanks to all - got there in the end.
