GoogleSlow to act after notification of ending tenancy which resulted in over payment of rent. Failing to reimburse that overpayment. Not answering emails. Now aving to resort to contacting property ombudsman.

The matter of the overpaid rent was a result of you not cancelling your standing order and then leaving the property early, so the funds had been paid to the landlord in the usual fashion. We are in communication with your landlord at the moment to secure a refund of the rent that is due, so that we may return the same to you. I note that my colleague in accounts has replied to your emails so you have not been ignored.
