I rang 3 estate agents, 2 of which sounded like young cocky school boys. My 3rd call was to Winkworth where I spoke to Jordan and instantly knew I wanted him to sell the house. He was courteous, polite and knowledgeable and I haven’t regretted going with Winkworths once. They have kept me informed throughout, couldn’t ask for more. Next door are hoping to move soon and will definitely be using Winkworth.

These estate agents are fantastic!! I'm actually so glad that the seller chose winkworth, because they actually were the glue during the entire process. First, I worked with Joanna who showed me the property and really interacted with a lot of generosity and kindness. She brought the human element to a process that can often be strange and alienating. She even arranged a second viewing with my child and played hide and seek in the house, which was so endearing. I really started to imagine myself in the space before I even put my offer in! After the offer, Carolina García stepped in and wow - is she great at her job! She kept in contact with me through the months-long process, explained things even when the solicitors went quiet, and always assured me of the progress. She tempered my expectations when I (and the seller) got frustrated with delays that were beyond us. Lastly, the office reception was nice when it was time to pick up keys. They warmly congratulated me on my first home purchase and gave a bottle of bubbly 🥺 I don't think I would have purchased this property without Winkworth, so the seller really owes them one! I had interactions with impersonal and cold agents immediately before this and it put me off the properties they were representing. I couldn't be more celebratory of this agency and will gladly recommend them to buyers and sellers alike. ✨

Nathan Rocco, a letting agent, has cancelled our viewing an hour before it due the current tenants fell ill. Ok, things happen. But after it he just ghosted us - he suggested a new viewing, we agreed and since then he just keeps ignoring us, not a single email was answered. However, the property is still available, they even reduced the price. What about a little bit of respect for the people?

Cannot recommend Winkworth, and Kyle in particular, enough. Throughout the twists and turns of the house buying process Kyle was consistently available, transparent and really went above and beyond to get the sale done, thanks to him we managed to pull off what was not a straightforward transaction with an outcome that was fair to all sides. I genuinely felt he had my back the whole time. If you’re looking to buy in the New Cross/Brockley/Forest Hill area then Winkworth is your company and Kyle is your man.
