Winkworth’s services throughout the purchase of our home were good. Yinka was very responsive throughout the process, which was helpful, and we agreed a sale and moved to completion very quickly (2-3 months). It was also helpful to have one point contact throughout the whole process, which isn’t the same for every estate agency. There were times where they were inflexible which was disappointing considering money we were spending. They could have been more tactful in how they passed on information between us (buyers) and the sellers - sometimes it felt like there wasn’t much thought going into this. We sold our property with an independent agent and it felt more like they were serving both the buyers and us to get the best outcome, rather than just the sellers, as it sometimes felt with Winkworth.

He kindly guided us through the offer process. I highly recommend Jordan. The next part of the process is why I am giving 4 stars. George who was responsible for pushing the sale through, was a little harder to communicate with, mostly through WhatsApp (which in my opinion is unprofessional). Pretty non existent in our experience until the last few months. At times it didn't feel like we were working together. Despite this we are in the flat and are very happy. They advised how to make the flat more marketable and also on the best way to conduct viewings.
