Absolutely great. We were buyers of a property for sale through them and they could not have been more helpful. Kept everything moving (8 weeks from viewing to completion) which in Cornwall this summer must be something of a record. As this was a move to a new permanent home (not a holiday home) it was great to deal with such a good company. Thanks for all the help.

My experience with May Whetter and Grose was second to none. The actual sale of my property was not an easy one because the purchaser failed to get his first mortgage and then another 2nd mortgage he got. Throughout all the complex problems they stood fast and never gave up helping me achieve my sale, which finalises tomorrow. I cannot thank them enough. The agents were nice enough, it would have been good if i had more info about the house- it was an executer sale, but i still don't know what its construction is, under the render is, its date, or which boundarys are ours.

Whilst we strive to obtain as much information as possible prior to marketing, probate sales are always difficult when there is limited information available from the Executors. All of the information that you have listed above would normally have been provided by your Surveyor or Legal Advisor rather than us as the selling Agent. I found the initial service good-it got my business. Following on from this the service was poor. I didn’t get call backs when I asked and at times I felt that they were working for the purchaser. It was only when I said I would pull out of the sale that I felt things were progressed quicker. I’m sorry but I wouldn’t use again.

The team did a great job of selling my house for me even with the covid 19 pandemic.The team kept me up to date on viewing and where they were able to, gave me feed back on viewings.MWG sold my late mothers property some 4 years ago and served me well on that occasion.Should I need an estate agent again, I will be going back to MWG.

We would highly recommend this company, we needed a full structural survey and a mundic report on the property we intended to buy. This was fast tracked for us due to the iminant Christmas break.The surveyor rang me personally to reassure me, sent me a brief summary and a report by email for our mortgage provider. Two detailed reports were then sent through the post. A very quick, personal and professionall service.
