GoogleAbsolutely brilliant experience with Jen in the Fowey office. She understood our property and straight away queried that we may have a restriction on the deeds as she'd had a similar issue in the same street, we therefore set about sorting it out early on. She was then constantly emailing and chasing both ours and the buyers solicitors as we seemed to hit an 'impasse'. Overall very happy with May Whetter and Grose in Fowey.

(Letting) I am a 24 year old and would never recommend these to anyone or my friends. The way me and my partner were dealt with had made me never want to rent again. From feeling bullied in my own home and looked down on most the time. We have just had the worst experience. Would never recommend unless you want to be looked down on and they will never be in the wrong! Wish I could give lower than a 1

The team at May Whetter and Grose St Austell helped me to sell my mother's house. They were very friendly and helpful to deal with and anyone in the office would always take a message and pass it on. I thought they had adapted well to working with the adverse conditions of lockdown and, as I could not get to the house myself, they managed all the visits needed during the course of the sale, including one to get a small repair done. I would definitely use them again.

We had full support and if we were unable to communicate by phone May Whetter staff communicated by email. We Would definitely buy and sell through May Whetter again and would recommend highly anyone to use their service. We also used Andy their financial advisor who was first class. I first experienced the letting team at MWG St Austell (Nathan/Julie/Amy) after a bad experince with another letting agency for the same flat I wanted. When MWG took on the flats - what a difference!! The MWG team were brilliant, helpful, supportive, proactive - from the moment I first spoke with them, when I moved into the flat, gave me full support during my stay and when I left the flat too.No request was too small, and they always followed up. We worked with May Whetter during Covid crisis - which was challenging to say the least - and could not have had a better experience. As everything ground to a stop in lockdown we were kept informed and given sound advice on timings and how best to proceed from offer to completion. Can highly recommend the St.Austell team if you are looking for group of highly competent professionals who not only know their stuff but are also great people to deal with.

M,W & G provided superb support and local assistance during a long and frustrating sale of a residential property that was adversely affected by COVID-19 difficulties, allied to our being over 400 miles away, and other buyers' & vendors' agents being less than candid about the status of their dealings 'down the chain'. Throughout this taxing process, Sarah, Robin and Richard provided excellent support by pro-actively chasing the progress of the chains' developments - frequently on a daily basis and sometimes hourly in the latter stages. One can see why some Estate Agents generate adverse publicity - however, M, W & G is clearly NOT in that league; in our experience the Team we had were simply outstanding and very much ‘on our side’ in progressing this protracted process - that was not of our or their making - to an eventual successful conclusion.

I have always been a tenant and can honestly say this is the best experience I’ve ever had with an estate agent. From start to finish Amy, Nathan and Julie have been extremely helpful and professional. Any time I called they are available and reply to my emails almost instantly! Just what you need with an estate agent! Any issues I’ve had once I moved into the property have been resolved the same day and I can not rate these guys highly enough, if I could give 10 stars I would :)
