MWG offered assistance at all points along the way during my house sale and purchase. The process was complicated by a probate issue which delayed my purchase, requiring me to let and rent the two properties until this was granted. However, support was there from both St Austell and Fowey offices whenever I needed it. Would recommend.

The service we received was nothing short of excellent. Exceptionally professional and courteous at all times. The level of their response time is also brilliant in producing reports and results. This is a truly professional company who really care and are more than adept at producing the detail so often needed. I would definitely recommend them for any type of survey work.

Must confess have found May Whetter & Grose letting department to be the ideal landlords letting agency. Have used them now for just over six years and can't think of a single incident which I would be unhappy about. However can think of loads of incidents when they have been fantastic. Please keep up the good work.Cant recommend them more highly

The service was very good but I am still not sure why I needed another Mundic report when there was no Mundic present.

Hello Simon, regretfully all lenders will insist on an up-to-date report, in accordance with current RICS Guidelines. It may have been that the previous report couldn’t be assigned as some other companies are not in a position to do so. Delighted to report that everything was Mundic free however and thank you for the positive review

The letting of my property went smoothly and we were kept very well informed considering the impact Corona virus was having on my ability to get jobs done. The tenant found was a good match to our criteria bearing in mind that this is an attached property with many shared spaces.

We asked Nathan in the commercial department at May Whetter Grose to let our shop in St Austell. He was thorough and honest in all our dealings. Being a chartered surveyor, I always try and use a recommended professional and in our decision, we were not wrong. Thoroughly recommend them for commercial lettings.
