YellExperienced and thoroughly professional
I live in Canada and had to sell my leasehold flat in Folkestone. I engaged Motis Estates to do this for me and, for the most part, I dealt with Kevin Murphy. I was immediately impressed with Kevin's professionalism and experience and I also found that the office staff were always polite and obliging. The promotional material (online) was well done and we managed to sell in a difficult environment (older building, leasehold). Kevin is an excellent communicator and a most obliging person. He always replied to my emails in detail and he regularly reported on all showings. I recommend Motis Folkestone highly and would most definitely use them again should the need arise.

GoogleI was recently looking for rental properties in Folkestone and found one I liked through Motis Estates; I dealt with a lovely agent called Deanna and the process could not have been smoother from viewing to getting the keys. Deanna explained each step and helped me with queries around the property too. The process between initially finding the property to getting the keys was superfast, actually the fastest I have experienced - and the support Deanna gave throughout was first rate. I would highly recommend Motis Estates and Deanna :)

GoogleThis is my first rental in the UK. Motis Estates have been more than supportive with both the formalities and suggestions for every issue or need that I have had. Kim has gone above and beyond to support both myself as the renter and the landlord to make sure the rental relationship is excellent. I can see why they won the Lettings Agent of the year award in 2023 in Kent.. I would personally recommend Motis to anyone looking for a rental property in Kent. Professional, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

GoogleSince having a terrible experience with our last letting agency, we have had nothing but positive communication with Motis. Since enquiring about the property we are in now, we have been in communication with Dee and Kim who have both been extremely understanding with all of our many questions and concerns. Although we have had a few issues with the house, this has been at no fault of their own and anything that has needed fixing has been fixed. If anyone was thinking about renting through Motis I would definitely say do it. We have experienced some awful people from other estate agencies so cannot be happier with the experience we have had so far.

GoogleI have recently started renting a flat with Motis Estates. Deanna has been super helpful the whole way through. She arranged a viewing for a time that suited my schedule and was super helpful on the move in day. She explained the paperwork really Cleary and was really lovely to chat to.
