We recently completed the sale of our flat in Folkestone through Motis Estates and I wanted to say a special thank you to Tom and Tilly for all their help. The sale took longer than we originally expected and there were a few challenges along the way, but Tom and Tilly remained helpful and supportive throughout the process. Communication was always friendly and straightforward, and I particularly appreciated their help with the negotiations and keeping things moving towards completion. An amazing agency. Very dedicated, polite and professional staff. Holly was a wonderful agent, showing us a few properties over a week's time. Even when I missed a viewing due to a train mess up, she came rushing from another location an hour later to show me the flat, which we finally rented. Also she handled the whole renting process and handing over keys very smoothly. Holly was great in communication, and professional in explaining any issue of interest or enquiries we had. Motis Estates Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents have been horrendous with my daughter to the point we had to get the environmental health involved resulting in huge fines for the landlord. They are very unprofessional and will give out confidential information out to everyone and anyone especially their tradesmen. When my daughter complained about one of them, about their shoddy work & being sexually harassed, they told him & he then started calling and threatening & verbally abusing my daughter & her husband at his work, to the point we called the police, they still have him work for them!! Honestly unbelievable. They will even try & gaslight you into being the problem. They really are awful
