Deanna made the transition as easy as possible and on the basis of Deanna alone, I would recommend Motis! Motis, you have an asset in Deanna. GoogleOf all the Estate Agents I dealt with in Folkestone, i have to say Motis were by far the best. Tilly was on the case from day 1 and was brilliant at communicating. Tom was also very helpful when dealing with the services part of the purchase. Would not hesitate to deal with them again!

GoogleAppalling..this is a agent who is happy to serve a section 21 notice in the full knowledge of a landlords non compliance..Highly unprofessional and a total failure of the most basic duty of care...disgusting and immoral and a cause of great anguish to both tenant and landlords...

At all times, we act in accordance with current legislation and professional standards, ensuring both landlords and tenants are treated fairly and lawfully. I use Motis Estates for letting and managing my properties and have found them to be very efficient. Always get a quick response to all communications and they have a good relationship with trustworthy local trades people.Their staff are helpful and proactive, particularly my property manager Kim. They don’t seem to have the turnover of staff that other letting agents suffer from which means they have good knowledge of the history of my properties.

Always helpful We rent out a couple of properties through Motis Estates in Folkestone. They have a very good property management set up, with experienced people, and access to a wide range of contractors when repairs or maintenance are needed. Their fees are very reasonable and rental from tenants is passed on promptly. My dealings with both the property management and finance departments have always been pleasant - they are invariably very helpful.

GoogleI was looking to rent and move from Norfolk to Folkestone, Kent for work but had a very short time to get everything in place so was a stressful time. I saw Motis Estates advertising the perfect place and made contact with Ellie Green from Folkestone office to enquire and get the ball rolling. Ellie made the whole thing seamless and stress free. She is professional, friendly and really efficient and we couldn’t have got it all done in time without her. She is a great ambassador for Motis and I would recommend both Motis and Ellie for anyone that wants a professional, friendly and efficient service.

GoogleHorrific, immoral ‘estate agents’ who treated myself and my husband with the upmost disrespect. Avoid. Edit to say I have only just viewed to response. At the time of posting originally, the estate agents arranged a meeting with us to view a property to buy and left us standing for hours because they forgot to put it in their diaries. They are corrupt and useless.

GoogleI would highly recommend Motis to anyone. Meghan is out of this world and her team of staff are extremely knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Meghan and her team go above and beyond to help. It is clear to see that Meghan takes great pride in the work she delivers to her customers and is always willing to help. I would not go to another estate agent. Meghan is approachable, kind and professional. Fantastic service and the most reliable around.

GoogleWe received a wonderful tour of the flat by Deanna before moving in and communication has always been easy. Any support that we have required has gone through Deanna and she has very quickly got in touch with the relevant people required. We have been very happy with her and Motis’ support throughout our first couple of months in our new rented property :)

GoogleAfter many years at my flat i suddenly found myself in a situation of having to move. Panic stations so went on Google and found a place i liked the look off so contacted Motis.This being like mid week but next day a lovely lady by the name of Dee had contacted me & asking if I would like to view. A time was arranged & I viewed & liked & mailed Dee asking if I could apply. Knowing the demand at the moment is high I really thought I would not be successful. Monday I received the application filled in on line & returned straight back. Was sent links to complete more details all easy to complete & Dee answered any concerns literally straight away or first thing next day as I do sends mails at silly oclock. Well to cut of my waffling, less than a week after viewing I was signed, sealed and accepted & moved in couple weeks later could have been sooner if I had wanted. All my queries since have been sorted even an issue I had that was not down to Dee to sort but she kindly did for me. From the start of what I thought would be a stress and long task to honestly happy as can be and thanks to Dee & Motis Estates new place, love it & chilled. Many thanks, Richard Hudson.

GoogleWe used Motis Estates to provide a RICS valuation for our re-mortgage application. I emailed Motis Estates and had a swift response and had my valuation booked in for a few days later. Kris was professional and thorough whilst completing the valuation and also adhered to the Government's COVID-19 guidelines. The report provided was accurate and was passed to the Mortgage team who requested more comparable properties which Kris completed within 24 hours. Fab service and great price. Kris helped me with 2 htb surveys and a desktop valuation after my sale dragged over 9 months.
