GoogleWhat can I say about Motis estates... They are honestly fantastic. 2021 was a really bumpy year for us attempting to buy our first house. It wasn't until we viewed a couple of houses with Jaymie and Meghan from Motis that things started to look up for us. Jaymie is really helpful and knowledgeable, Meghan is superb and possibly the most efficient, kind and lovely estate agent we had the pleasure to deal with on our house buying journey! From start to finish Meghan was absolutely amazing. I honestly can't recommend Motis Estates enough. The customer service is second to none and not once was I ever made to feel I was asking a stupid question or wasting time. Thank you for helping us find our lovely new home!

Kris explained the process exceptionally well, and was always responsive to my questions, and the HUGE plus was that through his efforts I saved over £3,500 on the price my landlord originally quoted me, and in my eyes you can’t get any better than that ! Would thoroughly recommend Kris and Motis

Decided to use Motis estates for a let only tenancy. Pre tenancy inventory was excellent. Agent viewings and applications were great Dealing with agent thereafter was mediocre. I have used their EPC assessor which I believe is independent, was good.

GoogleWe are renting a flat via Motis and Meghan looks after us. I would like to highly recommend her personal skills, how fast is she replying and trying resolve every problem. Always kind, friendly and this is the first time when somebody from the estate agency so care about me and my partner. The customer service is really impresive and Meghan is a super star of this office. Great and proffesional service. 5 star!

GoogleNo out-of-hours or emergency numbers anywhere to be found, despite them listing this as one of the services they offer to landlords. If I was my landlord I'd be livid. I guess the leak in my flat will have to wait until the morning then. Not surprising though because they send around the worst contractors imaginable and every job ends up needing to be done again in a very short space of time, if it gets done at all. They must think they are saving their clients money. I think not.

I understand you have been in occupation for nearly 10 years, Motis took over in 2017 and provide Welcome Packs with out of emergency numbers, we do not list them on our website. My mobile number is on our website so I can always be messaged and we have the lettings email on our phones so can always be contacted if there is an urgent issue. GoogleI put a very unusual property up for sale with Jamie-Leigh from Motis Estates. Jamie-Leigh understood my concerns and was able to balance these with the high demand of viewings generated when the property was placed on the internet. Before reaching the internet Jamie-Leigh contacted several prospective purchasers, generating a number viewings, but then was incredibly busy, with around 12 viewings in just over two weeks. Jamie-Leigh secured 4 genuine and realistic offers in under three weeks, resulting in the sale to a cash buyer which concluded extremely quickly. Throughout the process Jamie-Leigh was professional, kind and reassuring. A fantastic, faultless service. I would not hesitate to recommend this agency.PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleOnce again it was a pleasure to meet with Meghan today, she is based at Cheriton but kindly delivered an item I needed. I was required to move earlier this year due to very sad circumstances and Meghan has been so helpful, respectful and sympathetic to my needs. Despite our age difference, she feels like a friend to me with all the knowledge and advice that will help me. Thank you Meghan you really are a wonderful person, inside and out.

GoogleWe were very pleased with the service provided by Kris at MOTIS. Kris was punctual, smart, very polite, respectful of the property and wore all COVID appropriate PPE. He carried out a very thorough survey of the house and we received a very well presented valuation. We have had a few issues with regards to the lenders valuation and with getting the right mortgage offer which I spoke to Kris about. Kris was very helpful and went above and beyond what was expected leading to a favourable outcome for our mortgage offer. Will 100% recommend to friends and family and will definitely use Kris again in the future. Thank you Kris

GoogleI am a client from Canada and Motis acted for me, selling my leasehold flat in Folkestone. Mostly, I dealt with Kevin Murphy whom I found to be very experienced, knowledgeable and obliging. Kevin's communication was excellent and he reported regularly on all showings and gave insightful background on potential buyers. When I was frustrated with the poor communication I had with my local solicitor, Kevin could usually give me the needed information. Motis' online promotional material was good - photos etc. I found the other people in the office to be friendly and obliging - just a thoroughly professional group - and they gave the impression of being happy in their work - a sure sign of a well-managed business. I recommend Motis Estates of Folkestone highly and I'd use them again without hesitation.
