Sorry I can't remember all your names! And Emily stickler who once the property was then offered and sold she has been fantastic. From the regular updates. The support in losing our lovely mum Anita. I was less than impressed with the sales team who promised me the earth until they had our signatures on the contract, then coerced into dropping the price of our property in less than two weeks. We also had to deal with a staff member who was often rude and abrasive who upset both me and my husband. We are both elderly and a bit vulnerable and would have benefited from kinder handling. Once we had a buyer our sale and new purchase was coordinated by Louise Daley who I cannot praise enough. She chased everything quickly, kept us fully informed and was always very friendly polite and professional. I would have rated it lower if not for her.
