GoogleWe are based in London and were looking for a property in Folkestone, so viewing days are always a big commitment for us. On Thursday (15th January), Liam showed us 6 properties and the whole experience was absolutely outstanding.
Before the viewings, Liam called me and said that since we were coming all the way from London, he would put together a full day of viewings and he truly delivered. He was incredibly knowledgeable about every single property, very well prepared, and planned the route and timings perfectly. Even though it was raining a lot that day, at no point did we feel rushed. Everything felt calm, well organised.
We are so impressed by Liam’s professionalism and attitude, it made what could have been a stressful day into a really positive experience.
We had only spoken to Kayleigh over the phone, but she was also super friendly, helpful, and professional. From the first contact, we really felt like we were in great hands.

Even though we didn’t put the flat on the market until about six months later, we had the photos done early and stayed in touch throughout, which was really reassuring.
Once the property was up, Ross took over and kept us updated every week. The consistent communication, even during quieter periods, made such a difference and was exactly what we needed.
