GoogleWe recently bought a house through Miles and Barr - Folkestone. Some rather tricky negotiations were extremely well handled by John Page. From viewing with James Dartnall, whose well balanced approach was appreciated, through Lauren Mayes' handling of the admin to completion, we experienced only professionalism, helpfulness and friendliness. An absolute pleasure and can be thoroughly recommended.

I had a lot of difficulties communicating with the letting agents from other agencies. Miles & Barr however was able to arrange viewings and submit applications within the hour. Kerrie especially helped me liaison with the landlord quickly and efficiently, so that all parties were happy with the contract. Brilliant service!

The service costume from this agency is disgusting! Them always say "we will call you shortly" and no one call us back, we already call more the 100 times this agency for different property and after one month we still without house!!!
