We’re almost finished with the process of buying a house through Miles & Barr Folkestone, and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Everyone we’ve interacted with from the team has been warm, friendly, professional, and actually knowledgeable about their properties (unlike the majority of agencies we have been on viewings with). A shoutout particularly to Georgina, the agent who showed us the property we are purchasing, and Emily, who has been our progressor. They’ve both been extremely friendly and helpful. Georgina had a lot of knowledge not only about the properties she showed us, but also about the area in general. A more than satisfactory experience both selling and buying through M&B. Good communication and support during the viewings and offers stages. And then once the sale and purchase was agreed, Debbie Thwaites from the sales progression team was indispensable, she ensured the transaction went as smoothly and as quickly as possible, and she shared the burden of the stress that comes with dealing with solicitors which made the whole experience a lot more pleasant. I would certainly consider using M&B again in the future.
