My interactions with Michelle Purse, in particular, who is always courteous and extremely thorough and Gillian were both productive and professional in their manner. I do feel the Directors should consider much lower fees when renewing Rental Agreements for a new Tenant, where a Landlord has already been paying monthly Management Fees without having to be asked or negotiated down. Disappointing.

My mum, Barbra, and I want to share a review for Jordan in particular. What we especially loved about being shown properties with Jordan was the absence of 'estate agent speak' (where they come out with stock phrases and you know they have made no effort to consider what you're looking for and your particular situation). We felt as though Jordan was on the journey with us and knew that if something came to the agency which fitted out remit he would call us. Our only disappointment was that another agency had a property we wanted and we weren't able to bring Jordan a sale!!!

I would definitely recommend Miles and Barr. Very well organised estate agents. Staff are split into separate teams for showing properties, negotiations, onboarding and then they follow up weekly to ensure the sale is proceeding along smoothly. So everything is streamlined and efficient. So we felt well taken care of in every step of our journey. Thank you to Jordan for showing us around. Ross and Kayleigh for negotiating the deal. In order to ensure the sale was progressing smoothly and quickly, Emily was brilliant at chasing solicitors and vendors/buyers. We bought a flat from them and it was a smooth and stress free transaction. I just sat back and didn't stress at all! I would use them again if we were ever to sell, buy or rent out. Very professional and friendly agents.

Emily Stickler was the Senior Sales progressor for our purchase and gave us excellent service. I would receive at minimum an email and most of the time a call every week during the process to update us not only on our vendor but the entire chain. She took ownership of the process and even when we had issues with our buyer she did everything she could to assist us (even though she wasn't directly responsible for it) and helped us get the sale and purchase across the line. Brilliant service. If we ever look to buy or sell again we'll be using Miles & barr.
