GooglePositives - Helpful moving in. - Quick to respond to minor repairs (a lot were needed) - Very fair on leaving and returning deposit. Negatives - Once disputes arose with owner did not act fairly. After many months of fighting and huge stress we were compensated for this. - Some members of staff lovely, some very rude.

GoogleAvoid if you want your deposit back. Unfairly took third of my deposit and the deposit protection scheme took their side! Collusion. Gave 1 star as the agent who showed me around was great but the rest cannot be trusted.
