We just bought our house through Beresford Adams. Janice and Nicola were absolutely fantastic. They were extremely helpful and answered all the questions we had all the way through the process. Move in day was a particularly difficult day for us, we were moving 100 miles, we ran in to several long delays and didn't arrive until after the office closed. I was panicking, but Nicola was extremely kind, she calmed me down, reassured me that we would be able to work it out and then she even met us at the house long after she finished work to make sure we could get the keys to our new house. If we ever move house again, it will 100% be through Beresford Adams, as a direct result of how kind and helpful Janice and Nicola have been over the last 4 months.

The landlords find tenants privately and rent through the agency, so unless you have connections in the agency there is no point of applying. The communication is absolutely non existent, every property I’ve applied to, I’ve been put on a ‘list’ to view the property 2 weeks later I’ve given them a call just to hear that the property has been let to other people, even though I was not informed that I wasn’t the only one on the list. I was actually told I was the first person on the list. When I confronted the lady on the phone about their communication she was absolutely disgusting and didn’t even apologise but gave me attitude about me not being the only one on the list. Never again!!!

In a house moving world of madness, medeocrity, built in delays and organisations working to SLA's and people not doing what they said, let alone when they said they would, Leanne and the team at this branch of Berefsord Adams have been brilliant at navigating our sale through them and emmensly helpful in the purchase of a new place even when it was with a different Agent. You can go and do it cheaper I'm sure but save yourself some hassle. Great experience from the start. Leeanne mostly dealt with our case, and as fist time buyers, me and my wife both found the experience fairly stressful and confusing. Leeanne made things a lot clearer and simple for us and was always on hand to offer help and advice. Calls where always answered or returned in good time or, if Leeanne wasn’t around, someone else from the team would always be willing and able to help. We where always in regular contact and never left waiting or having to chase up information. The whole experience of buying our first house was made a lot easier with the help and support we received regularly from Leeanne and everyone else at Beresford Adams. We couldn’t ask for more. When we look to buy or sell in the future I would gladly use their services again.

Had a really professional service form Leanne at Beresford Adams. Have also worked with Iwan in the past as well and both experiences were very positive. They are a very polite, professional and prompt team. Good communication, and no hold ups. Everything went very smoothly and my recent sale with Leanne. Also assisted with a purchase about 8 months prior that had complications but Iwan worked very hard to come up with solutions and was incredibly helpful. Well what can I say - if I could rate the Porthmadog 11 out of ten I would. My Mum sold her house in August last year but due to problems which had nothing to do with the estate agents, didn’t move until March this year. It was an extremely stressful time for us all but Claire, Steve, Helen and Hannah went above and beyond with their service. Such kind and thoughtful people throughout the whole period and I cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone selling or buying a house. If only more businesses provided such a wonderful service!

We spoke to the Bangor lettings team about renting out our property to tenants. I was so impressed when they visited I signed up straight away, and they listed it very quickly. Before I knew it there were 4 viewings booked, and a choice of two great tenants. Inventory was great and they whole setup very straightforward. I really feel like these are the right agents for being fair to both landlords and tenants. Matthew, Lauren and Helen were absolutely fantastic, and always happy to help. Made an appointment to view an empty property and the agent would meet us there. Over a few days I had two text messages (from a short code address that did not accept replies) confirming - including one at 07:34 on a Saturday. A further text message on the day asking me to confirm by phone, so I did. On arrival at the property five mins before the appointment, nobody there. Knocked on the door, nothing. Waited for fifteen minutes, nothing. Phoned the office several times, nothing but a message effectively saying "we're too busy to answer" and not accepting messages. Gave up and left. On contacting them later rather than an apology they suggested I'd gone to the wrong property. I can't even process this. Absolutely clueless and completely unacceptable. If you are selling a property you might want to think of other estate agents in the area. By the way, I WAS at the correct property!
