GoogleViewing (or trying to!) houses to buy through other estate agencies has made me appreciate choosing to sell mine through unique even more! Seamless processes both with buying and selling - communication is fantastic and organisation is beyond fantastic! I chose to sell with unique after seeing so many unique boards in the area changing from "for sale" to "sold stc" within a matter of days! When my original purchase fell through (started 2 months prior to putting mine on the market - fell through after I accepted an offer on mine) I used rightmove to search for a new home. Out of ALL the local agents I have to say unique were the most efficient at organising viewings. Within minutes of asking to view houses I had appointment times- other local agents took hours or even days to reply to me! I would never reccomend any other ageny than Unique for both selling and purchasing your next property!

GoogleWe recently sold the house of an elderly relative, from some distance away. From the off Dominica guided the process through, always responding to issues as they arose, and pushing firmly but courteously when solicitors appeared to drag their feet. Will definitely use them again.

GoogleFrom a seemingly impossible position in obtaining a mortgage due to starting a new job, from being self-employed, working abroad and getting paid in a foreign currency, Suzanne managed to arrange a mortgage for me. Whilst working away she went the extra mile in keeping me up to date with the application progress, with many late night conversations due to time differences. I honestly could not recommend her mortgage service enough

GoogleSome properties are removed and then put on again a few months later, seems to happen quite a lot! Otherwise seems OK.

Hi Frank, Thank you for your review. Unfortunately the properties going back live is a technical issue with the feed to a certain portal which is currently being looked into with out IT team. Other times it may be a case of a deal falling through close to completion date which of course means the property becomes available again.
