Do not use Unique Estate agents, they were made aware of our timings and did nothing to help promote our property. There was no communication at all not even an update until I rang again! Not impressed with their uncaring service and would most definitely not recommend!

Suzanne was amazing in organising my mortgage when problems arose, and then found me another solicitor to complete the conveyancing when my "absent" solicitor went awol. Placed our property on the market with unique on 29th of July 2021 signed a sole agency agreement Big Mistake was told by Sam we had a 14day cooling off period nothing about paying a fee of £600 should we withdraw the property from the market. Contract to be posted for us to view at our leisure did not happen as we would have picked this issue up underhanded to say the least.
