GoogleI would wholeheartedly recommend The Square Room as an estate agent. The people who work there are polite, friendly and helpful. I would like to make special mention of Liam. I was experiencing great difficulty with various solicitors not responding and Liam took ownership of the problem and was a great help in getting the ball rolling.

GooglePaul & everyone at the Square Room (mostly both Lauren’s and Alex in the office) couldn’t have been more helpful. There was no pressure to list our house with them, and when we decided to, everything was done quickly and professionally, the photos were amazing! We sold our house within a few days and the people in the office had excellent communication with us throughout the whole process. We even phoned Paul personally for some advice towards the end of our sale and he was super helpful. Will definitely be using The Square Room for every house sale now!

GoogleI have been very impressed by both the owner and staff at Square Room. I had 9 viewers on the first day and a sale was completed in excess of the asking price within 2 months. Although he was very knowledgeable, I thought at first that Paul may have over-valued the property - but obviously I was proved wrong. The office staff are friendly and professional and Sophie kept me fully informed throughout the whole transaction. I wouldn't instruct any other Estate Agency to buy or sell on my behalf now.

GoogleAfter running into multiple difficulties with a previous agent, I contacted The Square Room to deal with our sale after them being recommended to me. Our house was on the market for over 4 weeks with the previous agent with next to no interest. Once it was marketed with The Square Room the house was sold within 5 days. Once sold, the updates from the team were fantastic. Seamless service from start to finish. In the future I’ll only ever go back to The Square Room and can’t thank Paul and his team enough. Special thanks to Sophie for the great photos she took and Alex & Lauren for being on the end of the phone to assist as required.

GoogleThe Square room were responsible for selling my grandmas house for us after she had to move into a nursing home. They were fantastic. All the staff sympathised with the situation and how hard it was for us as a family to pack up and sell a house with over 50 years of memories in it. Paul was fantastic and well organised when he came to value it and the team were with us every step of the way from start to finish. They took charge of all viewings and informed us every step way of the way. Big shout out to Sophie. I couldn’t have done it without her but I feel all the staff and Paul were a credit to the business. GoogleHad appointment of viewing a property, went there on time. But no ones there . There was another group waiting to view as well. Waited 20 mins for them still no show. If they cancelled the viewing a phone call or email will be nice.. Very unprofessional...

GoogleMany thanks to Paul and the team at Square Room for the professional and efficient way they dealt with the letting and then the sale of my late mother's house in Thornton-Cleveleys. We had been with a couple of other agents before Squareroom with disappointing results. Squareroom found tenants within days, vetted them, collected rents, organised gas safety checks, routine repairs and all the other necessary work in letting a property. When it came to selling the house they gave realistic advice on the value and we had two offers within a week. They dealt with the buyers and solicitors and kept us informed at each stage of the process. Their fee structure is simple and competitive, but more importantly they get results. I will definitely use Squareroom in any future sales or lettings.

Highly recommend these agents for fast results. Sophie kept me updated at every stage of the sale and liaised with my solicitor and the agents who dealt with my purchase of my new house. Will use again for any future purchases. Highly recommend these guys and the team were all fantastic and polite with all my queries.

GoogleI decided to sell my house with The Square Room after initially buying the house from them and was impressed with that experience. Right from the beginning I knew they were professional. Paul gave a realistic valuation of my property and discussed staging the house to maximise the photograph appeal and for viewings. The girls who did viewings were all smart and professional and Lauren who negotiated the offer was really good with understanding my needs and my financial circumstances to get me the best offer for my house. She got me a better price than I had expected! I know a time where someone hadn't actually booked to see my house but whilst showing a client several other properties, she suggested viewing mine too as it was worth considering too. I found this up selling really good-an extra person through the door is nothing but a bonus. Communication is brilliant with the Square Room. You aren't hassled daily but not forgotten about. They seem to have the right level of keeping things moving along without it becoming annoying or not chasing things like I have found with other agents I have dealt with. They also got good relevant feedback from all my viewings. I viewed properties with Square Room too and they were always punctual and knew a good amount about the properties. I hope to now have found my forever home but should I need to sell, I wouldn't even look at another agent. Square Room all the way! And i recommend them to anyone. There is a reason they are the best agents in the area for sure! Thanks to all the team though, not just the ones mentioned because I came to your office and you were all busy making everything happen so I am sure some get no mention but have played their part along the line. GooglePaul and the team at Square Room are just amazing. After selling our family home in a day back in 2018, when it came to sadly selling my late grandparents bungalow this year we knew to look no further than the Square Room. Their prices are honest (in fact my grandparents property sold for £5,000 over the asking price, with 12 viewings booked in for the first day and an offer accepted within a few hours), photos are true to size of the property, their phones are always answered (which personally I think is very important and something other agents aren’t great at) and they do their very best in all areas of the sale. We have experienced working with Paul, Alex and Sophie and each were very professional, understanding and extremely helpful. Since my first experience of using the square room I have recommended family members and several friends to use them and all have been extremely satisfied with the service. GoogleThe service and professionalism of The Square Room is excellent. We had 3 other agents prior to Paul's visit with varying valuations. Paul suggested £25000 higher than the top valuation. The day it was advertised we had 6 viewings booked and a sale was agreed. Despite the time scales due to probate we had regular updates and calls. When the sale fell through due to the length of time for probate a further sale was agreed the next day. I cannot recommend them more highly and would have no hesitation in using them in the future. All the staff are amazing but Sophie was outstanding as our contact. Always returned calls and emails promptly and provided regular updates.
