GoogleI cannot recommend Paul, his staff and his business Square Room highly enough. Paul does the valuations and places them at the right price not an inflated price where you have to drop constantly but a price that makes the property attractive to buyers. We put the house up for sale in November not expecting it to sell quickly due to the time of year but three viewings later we had sold and by Easter we had completed less than 6 months. I have personally contacted Paul on a couple of occasions sions to ask for advice and he has been more than helpful in answering my queries. This is is the sixth house Square Room has sold for my family and I wouldn't use any other Estate Agent if I have to sell again. Fantastic service.

GoogleUpon taking the very scary decision of deciding to move house after 40 years of living there, my wife and I contacted a few local estate agents to get some quotes.
When Paul came round, we instantly knew he was the person whose company we wanted to sell our house.
Paul was very reassuring and instantly put our minds at rest whilst answering our numerous questions. He gave us the best valuation and easily the best quote.
As soon as we had agreed to go with Square rooms they swung into action. The very next day the young female photographer came round and took some fantastic photos( they were that good we nearly decided not to sell !)
The first couple to view offered the full asking price and the house was basically sold in 3 days.
All the staff in the office that we dealt with were very patient and professional, Liam, Phoebe, Laura to name just a few.
I would thoroughly recommend Paul and his Square Room team to sell your house.

All the staff were great - professional & friendly & nothing was too much trouble for them.

Our house selling & buying had a few hiccups along the way.
However, Lauren & Sophie did an excellent job of chasing up all the other buyers, Solicitors & Estate Agents in the chain to push for completion.

GoogleI made an offer on a property which was accepted and there was a problem which I asked them to look into with the vendor ,they advised they would get back to me .After 2 weeks I contacted them only to be advised the property had been re sold and no one had let me know.Very unprofessional..edit you have shown only some of the email replies there were 2 more where I said I was willing to wait if the vendor contacted the management company,at no time did you advise me the flat had been re marketed until after I contacted you 2 weeks later

Dear Beverly, I have looked into the sale notes on the property you offered on. I can see your offer was accepted on the 14th February and then you emailed to withdraw your offer on the 26th February. Your email withdrawing your offer and my colleagues reply is below.
The seller instructed us to put the property back on the market on the 26th February 2026 and a new buyer has been found.
"So reluctantly I withdraw my offer as I don't want to have to deal with problems as soon as I move in . I wish the Vendor good luck for a future sale and sorry we couldn't resolve but we obviously have differing opinions. Regards " 26/02/26

GoogleMy experience with the Letting staff & one girl in particular was nothing but RUDE, UNHELPFUL & CONDESCENDING. I’d give my landlord 20 stars & the lovely girl who did the viewing both on renting & prior to my move out but the agents were dreadful & very much tainted the excitement of move in.... Contrary to the reply it wasn’t myself who viewed the property it was my Mother & I dealt with Alex via email & then on two occasions in person & I reiterate my point above, rude & condescending. The girl who showed my Mum around last year & then did both sets of viewing for a new tenant was very nice but again the girl on the phone making the arrangements when it fell through the first time was also very rude & dismissive. I’m afraid my view will not change & I feel your reply was very rude & telling me I was wrong & implying I was making up an entire conversation I had prior to the viewings is RUDE. I have absolutely no issue returning key & I’m in constant contact with my Landlord & have a very good relationship with them. The issues was with you as an office saying one thing & then implying I was lying.. The keys will now be returned to the Landlords Daughter.
