I had really great experience with this agency as a tenant. I've been renting an apartment from them for 2 years, and everything was quite good. Belinda McCarty was especially helpful and patient with us, as we're not very experiences in the UK renting rules. Belinda explained us the all details about closing the agreement prematurely and was kind to push landlord to agree to the terms that are a bit more beneficial for us.

I can't fault this team's performance in any way. They were professional, informative and patient in guiding my partner and I through a recent property purchase. We truly felt in safe hands with Neil Shah in particular through the buying process. He is diligent, efficient and extremely knowledgeable in his field. GoogleHad nothing but bad experiences with this agency during our 2 year tenancy. Has caused us massive stress. They are terrible in my opinion and I do think the amount of positive reviews is because they ask you to do a review as you get the property, and definitely wouldn’t want you to do one 2 years after working with them.

We are sorry to hear of your review which our feedback has already addressed in the review left by Kamran. We take all reviews very seriously and in this case do feel your comments are unfairly noted due to a decision made by the landlord not to terminate your contract without you giving the correct notice. We do have correspondence not only at the beginning of your tenancy but also during your tenancy that are complementary of our service as we often attended to any reported issues within the same day so it is a terrible shame it has ended in this way due to circumstances out of our control.
