Mr Day, St Quintin Property Group explained to you and updated you over the two weeks. In week one we called you at least 8 times and explained to you that there was more than one vendor and all parties had to agree to the offer. In that period we had another offer from a cash buyer which we told you about. By law we have to put every offer forward to the vendor whether it is 50% of the asking price or over the asking price we put every offer forward. We explained you can increase your offer which you did but unfortunately so did the cash buyer. The vendors decided to go with the cash buyer as they believed they were in a stronger position. We as an agent have to get the best possible price for a vendor and be completely honest. We understand you are disappointed however how would you react if we sold your property and didn’t put all the offers forward, and lost you money as you already had an offer from someone else on the table. Whether the offer was £10.00 more or £10,000.00 more that is your money and only fair we put this forward. We did return your calls however stopped after you started swearing and threatening a member of staff. We do hope you all the best in your search.

Good Morning Simon. I am so sorry that you feel you have received a bad service from us. I can see you registered your interest in a property on the 31st July to which an email was sent to you in response with the answers to the questions you had asked about the lease length. I can also see that we then made a follow up call to you on the 15th August. This property did however sell very quickly which is unfortunate for you , but we do try and do our very best. Apologies once again.
