GoogleWorst service ever. Not even worth one star. We paid the fees with more than one month in advanced and they cancelled everything at last minute. We tried to contact them several times, and they were very evasive and disrespectful. Never replied back. I definitely won't recommend them.

GoogleThe lettings team worked really hard to find suitable tenants for our property. They were totally professional, diligent and kept us informed at every stage of the process. They worked particularly well from the time the new tenants agreed to the property to them moving in - a time span of only 48 hours ! It certainly was a challenge , but they rose to the occasion magnificently, were in total control throughout,bringing to bear a total calming effect on the process but best of all they delivered on time! No wonder they are the number 1 letting agents in Ferndown - an accolade which is truly deserved . Well done and Thank you

GoogleI can't say I am surprised that the flat I was interested in renting has been on the market for 2 months. I first called to speak to someone at 12 noon today. I was told the lettings manager was on the phone. I called again at 12.45pm - and was told she was STILL on the phone! But that he, Lucas, would make sure she would phone me a.s.a.p. It is now 4pm and I give up! A lack of 'service' like this is what is turning the U.K. into a third world country. Estate agents like these really should travel to the Far East to understand about service and efficiency. (I pity the poor owner of the flat in question).

We are shocked to see this review this morning. It is always unfortunate when we have a lot of interest over one particular property that often someone has to be let down, but we feel it is very unfair to blame us as an agency for this. We had been upfront and honest about the other interested parties within this situation and took your offer very seriously. However, we ultimately had to accept the best offer for our client to which we again made you aware. We made you aware of our feelings towards negative google reviews and you were specifically told that we only sell to one party, so feel this review is purely out of revenge. You were specifically told of the other offers and that you would need to consider a higher offer than the one you had made to secure the purchase. The time scale of half an hour was given for you to consider and this can be proven. The irony is that with your lack of chain we were hoping to receive a call back from you . Once the highest offer had been accepted the following day, we had still not heard back from you. The phone call that you made to our office was in reaction to seeing the property go “under offer” on Rightmove some 24 hours later. I can imagine it is frustrating for you to feel like you have lost out on a property that you wanted, however, we work soley for our paying clients, who in this instance is upset that you have felt the need to swear at staff over the phone in anger. Subsequently, would not wish to persue a house sale with you anyway. We feel so strongly about the injustice of this and the impact that these reviews have on small family run businesses, so much so that we will be contacting our legal representatives to see what our options are of having this review deleted and further more seeking financial compensation for damages that this fictional review has created. We take honesty very seriously in our office and we look forward to escalating this in a court of law.
