GoogleWe recently sold our property through St Quintin and received exemplary customer service throughout the whole process. The whole team were friendly and courteous and Ben went the extra mile in ensuring that everything went as smoothly as possible. Ben and Alana conducted a number of viewings on our home and both treated it with respect. Few agents struggaled to sell our house but Ben made it happen. Definetelly 5 star service!

GoogleI used St Quintin to market and manage a property I was renting out. Alarm bells starting ringing when they moved a tenant in with out getting them to sign a tenancy agreement. When the tenant moved out no inventory documents were supplied and on inspection of the property the blinds were broken in both the living room and bedroom. When I decided to sell the property I used St Quintin again, they listed the property at a price that I was concerned was too high. After months of no interest they reduced the sale price of the property, which I felt was the right thing to do but they did not discuss it with me first!
Good Afternoon Michael I am so sorry that you feel you had a bad experience with StQuintin - not only your let but your sale as well. I can see that we let your property in 2017 and that we marketed the same property for a short while January 2019. Unfortunately the staff involved no longer work here as we sold the lettings company back in March so i cannot speak with them to find out what happened. I can only apologize on their behalf. We strive to have a good relationship at all times with our customers and to keep them updated on a regular basis. I am assuming the delay in uploading this review after such a long time must mean you have had some progress with the sale of your flat? GoogleTerrible service. Take forever to get back to you with a response after enquiring about a viewing. Asking for a 5pm onwards viewing as I work in the day and being met with a response “I don’t think people realise we have homes to go”. If you’re advertising a flat for working professionals surely this is what you would expect! Also for not telling me the viewing was cancelled!! When I ring to find out not even an apology! Bad attitude from all I’ve spoken to. Shocking service absolutely terrible do not waste your time with this joke of an estate agency.
April, we replied to you by phone and email on three separate occasions. Unfortunately you could only view at a certain time which the current tenant could not accommodate. We did offer you other times but you were unable do those. We wish you all the best in your search

GoogleIt's no wonder all the other estate agents warn you off his particular agent. They won't stop calling you after you make one call and once you ask them to remove the property as seriously it was not in our interest to sell at that time, they say it will take a couple of days to remove. Asked the same for the other agents and it takes them 5 minutes. They then relist the property without my permission and tell me it will take another 2 days to remove when I did eventually relist after Christmas with other agents. A cowboy of a company and should really avoid at all costs. I'm sure they have come from window sales backgrounds from the sales technique they use. It's no wonder they have a bad reputation. Complained to rightmove.

As we did explain to you in our last conversation in December 2107 we have had a new computer system and explained it might take up to two days to remove as the new software hadn’t updated. We did however get the property removed within 30 hours of the request and explained this to you. We are sorry if this caused any issues. We however didn’t re list the property in 2018. We would also be interested in knowing what other agents are saying about ourselves as this is totally unfair and unprofessional, I can only think they are saying this to get us removed from selling your home which would make it easier for themselves to sell. As a company we would never slate or talk about another agent as this extremely poor practice. As any agent we work for the Vendor and look to achieve the best possible price and not push our vendor to accept offers. You did comment to our sales team you did like the way we worked only in November 2017. We are disappointed this has changed over a 6-8 week period. We wish you all the best in selling.

GoogleVERY poor service!! I contacted St Quintin to view a property to rent, they PENCILED ME IN for an appointment at their "earliest convenience" (5 days after enquiry) and said that I would be one of the first to view. They never called me back to confirm the appointment so I called the morning of the viewing only to be told that someone else had viewed the property 2 days prior and it was now gone. I would recommend everyone steer clear, it's company's like this one that give others such a bad name. As a business owner I very much hope they are not around for much longer!
To David We did say you would be one of the first to view, unfortunately for yourself the first person that viewed did take the property. We did contact you via email to confirm the appointment. When you rang on the Monday morning we had only just confirmed the agreement with the Landlord. We wish you all the best in your search.
